Horizons/ Gorwelion is a scheme delivered by BBC Cymru Wales in partnership with Arts Council Wales to develop new, independent contemporary music in Wales.

KORMA is a regional music office in Denmark that helps artists, musicians, producers, and music entrepreneurs within the Northern Jutland region create more sustainable music careers. KORMA has office space and four music studios involving young, talented musicians and producers from the region. KORMA’s activities include arranging camps, talks, and workshops for emerging artists.

Kultur | lx – Arts Council Luxembourg supports the international development and promotion of Luxembourg’s arts and culture. It offers funding, career development, and networking opportunities for artists and cultural professionals across the music sector and other disciplines. Through strategic partnerships and initiatives, it highlights Luxembourg’s creative talent and encourages cross-border collaborations.

Music Export Ukraine (MEU) is an independent initiative dedicated to empowering Ukrainian artists to thrive on the international stage. MEU support emerging musicians in building connections, promoting their work, and developing their careers and talents globally.

Popfabryk is a production house for pop culture in Friesland, offering independent and unconventional creators in hip-hop and pop culture a platform for artistic development, experimentation, networking, and entrepreneurial support.

RockCity is Hamburg’s hub for popular music, connecting artists with the local scene, industry, and policymakers. With over 35 years of experience, we develop sustainable projects, funding models, and mentoring programs to support musicians.

VI.BE is the support centre for artists and the music industry in Flanders and Brussels – from beginner to professional, from local to international, regardless of genre. We build bridges between genres and levels, support talents and put them on the map, both at home and abroad.
